Treasury Executive | 🚗 Automotive Industry
📍 Location: Dubai- Head Office
🕒 Experience: ACCA with 3–4 years of relevant experience, CA(Intermediate)💼 Your Role & Responsibilities:

💰 Cash Management
• 🏦 Prepare daily bank positions
• 💸 Raise fund transfer requests & ensure timely execution
• 🔄 Perform bank reconciliations
• 📊 Prepare projected cash flow statements

🏛️ Corporate Banking
• 🧾 Maintain records of principal & interest payments for:
• Medium Term Loans
• Short Term Loans
• Trust Receipts
• 🖥️ Record settlements accurately in ERP system

💱 Treasury Operations
• 📋 Update Foreign Currency hedging records
• 📞 Coordinate with banks for FX contracts & confirmations
• 📆 Allocate foreign currency to suppliers as per payment schedules
• 🔁 Prepare weekly rollover instructions for Forex
• 💻 Record all Forex transactions in ERP

🌍 Foreign Supplier Payments
• ✅ Reconcile statements of account from foreign suppliers
• ⏳ Ensure timely payments as per due dates
• 🚗 Maintain advance payment records for high-end vehicle orders

📦 Trade Finance
• 📑 Raise Letters of Credit (LC) as required
• 📬 Arrange swift copies & advise manufacturers promptly
• ✏️ Process LC amendments
• 📤 Prepare export LC documents for negotiation
• 📘 Maintain & update Export LC register
• 📦 Follow up on arrival of trade documents; coordinate with internal customs
• 🧾 Record LC settlements in ERP
• 🛡️ Maintain customer guarantee records
