Roles and Responsibility
• Find opportunities for Contract staffing, recruitment services, payroll, PEO and PRO services through my wide network, cold calls, client and candidate references, being a part of exhibitions etc.
• Responsible to find partners in KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman etc. and add different geographies to grow the business.
• To initiate marketing activities to promote the brand and to create marketing collaterals.
• Responsible for R&D and market analysis towards our competitors and clients, learn and implement new staffing and recruitment strategies, Initiate new processes.
• Attend to incoming inquiries, meet the clients with a presentation of our services, and close the deals.
• Accountable to meet the target for no of meetings, costing’s, proposals, negotiation, contract signing & onboarding.
