Job Title: Call Center Representative – Male (Arabic National)
Location: Sharjah

Salary: AED 4000 per month and Employment visa and benefits as per UAE labor law
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product/service information and resolve simple issues.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
What we want
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center handling incoming and outgoing calls, email, and chat
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Walk-in interview on 14th July between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
