Facility Supervisor

– Engineering background with Civil/MEP/Fit-Out.
– Experience related to residential property management.
– Knowledge on how to utilize basic software such as ERP and Microsoft Office.
– Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on schedule and in compliance with safety standards.
– Liaise with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
-Supervise and lead a team of maintenance and support staff.
– Investigate and troubleshoot problems to ensure smooth facility functioning.
