Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Monitor office supplies and handle shortages.
Involve in organizing company events or conferences.
arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
Maintains inventory for office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Provide administrative support services based on the needs of the department.
Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, care and if required.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
Responsible for Gate passes for company Guest’s.
Qualification: Bachelor
Years of Experience: 1-2 Years
