Business Development & Marketing Manager (BDMM)
We are seeking a bilingual leader who can transform ideas into opportunities, partnerships into lasting value, and marketing strategies into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business plans to increase guest volume and expand corporate and insurance networks.
Marketing Campaigns: Lead digital and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market position.
Corporate Partnerships: Secure healthcare service contracts with enterprises, ministries, and insurance companies.
– Market Analysis: Monitor healthcare trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new service opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in healthcare management specifically in hospital business development and marketing.
– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Healthcare Management.

Language: Bilingual, proficiency in Arabic and English are mandatory.
– Local Market Knowledge: Preferably, strong understanding of Qatar’s healthcare regulations, health insurance landscape and tenders.
