Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Strategy development and execution.
Development of KPIs and performance evaluation.
Design and ensure execution of strategic Initiatives/digitization.
Write/update WBG policies & procedures in coordination with other stakeholders.
Track SLAs/turnaround times.
Ensure timely recruitments for vacant positions
Follow up with RMs on Work In Progress
Follow up with the RMs/Corporate Branch regarding the timely submission of various reports and responses to the management including but not limited to updates on various irregularities, Compliance issues, periodical reports to QCB etc.
Evaluate audit/compliance and or any other regulatory findings and follow up with relevant sectors/staff to take timely corrective actions and provide updates.
Work closely with the stakeholders in implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/ functions and monitor to ensure prompt delivery of service requests by respective teams, within the approved SLAs.
Follow up with the respective stakeholders to implementation of changes/ enhancements within processes/ procedures based on deliberations/decisions
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline.
7-10 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
Strong analytical and data management skills
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
Knowledge of banking operations, systems, products and processes
