02. Finesse Global hiring “Salesforce Business Analyst”
• Must have 6+ years of experience in Salesforce BA role.
• 2+ years of client facing/onsite experience. UAE market experience preferred.
The consultant will be responsible to document, propose industry best practices and collaborate the work for the changes arising from the live processes, and must have following expertise.
• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Creating functional specifications for solutions.
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
• Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
• Strong communication skills are required (oral and written).
• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
• Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases.
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics
• At least Salesforce Administration experience is mandatory.
• Review design specifications to ensure understanding of project.
• Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager.
• Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes
• Experienced in authoring requirements, definition and related documentation
• Following modules hands-on experience preferred. Sales Cloud, Lightning Migration, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Payment Gateway, Customer Community & Partner Community.
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
