5 years of experience in pre-tendering with reputable buildings main contactors within UAE

Role Job:
– Review tender documents and analyze the project before it starts.
– Filling and verification of BoQ.
– Prepare quantity take offs based on tender documents and drawings.
– Prepare material takeoffs to define quantities of materials as per the design.
– Review and comprehend technical and administrative documents such BoQ & RFQ.
– Send inquiries to suppliers for budgetary offers and prepare quotation comparison sheet.
– Develop BoQ for package tendering and liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive prices when needed.
– Coordinate with different departments across the company to collect all the details required for the quantity take off.
– Break down scope of work into definable tasks.
– Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements.
Skills:
– Experience in plan swift.
– Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Analytical thinking skills.
– Understanding of engineering science and technology.
– Knowledge of building and construction.
– Experience in CANDY is a big plus.
