– Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers
– Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
– Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
– Managing the procurement of products
– Negotiating price, quality of goods, deadline and drafting contract terms and conditions with suppliers
– Collaborate with sales and R&D to confirm customer requirements, and determine accurate technical specifications
– Respond professionally and comprehensively to all requests and inquiries.
– Other duties and responsibilities are subject to deliberation or discussion.
