Our client, a prestigious fine dining Italian restaurant in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic leader, with a passion for Italian cuisine, and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch service.
🔹 Train and manage staff.
🔹 Maintain high food quality and presentation.
🔹 Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
🔹 Monitor inventory and manage budgets.
Requirements:
🔹 Experience in fine dining management, in the Middle East.
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills.
🔹 Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine.
🔹 Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
