Job Position – Quality Assurance

Location: Tafaseel BPO Middle East, Dubai
Salary: AED 6000
Language: English and Arabic (Fluency in both languages is a must)
Description of Duties:
• Participates in customer and client listening programs to
• identify customer needs and expectations.
• Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls,
• outgoing calls, emails and chats.
• Determine weaknesses in performance and establish
• solutions to improve.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s quality systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Offer daily feedback via verbal & written communication.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and
• understanding of products, including performance and
• functional requirements of a call center.
Requirement(qualifications and specifics):
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Excellent Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)
• Experience in the customer service analysis and quality assurance
• Proven track record of analytical skills
• Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback
• Good organizational skills, knowledge in goal-setting practices
