Job Position – Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
4. Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to the General Manager.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
7. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Over 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in joinery and fitout projects.
3 Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams and multiple projects with minimal supervision.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Valid UAE driving license.
