Job Position – Nutrition & Fitness Advisor

Nutrition and fitness advisors combine principles of both fitness and nutrition when helping clients. The job holder will aid our customers in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, fitness and offer practical advice, fitness plans and nutritional supplements.
Responsibilities:
- Approach and greet customers and offer the products and services we have.
- Being able to offer body composition test, explain the results and recommend the needed diet or supplements to achieve the needed goal.
- Review customers current eating habits and wellness goals, such as losing weight, gaining weight, building muscles, treating a disease, or preventing future health issues.
- Advise individuals on supplements indications, combinations, and direction of use.
- Assist customers in placing orders online for items that are not available.
- Handle stock transfers to replenish the kiosk.
- Responsible of maintaining adequate stock in the kiosk.
- Responsible of merchandizing products/brands.
- Responsible to run stock counts when needed.
- Responsible to collect and maintain customers details.
- Responsible to maintain accurate cash and credit card records and close accurate daily financials.
- Continuously looking for ways to acquire new customers and increase sales.
- Responsible to get feedback from customer regarding the products and services, and always look for ways to keep them happy and satisfied.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Nutrition or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a nutritionist, fitness advisor or personal trainer.
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is a plus.
- Certification in nutrition or fitness consulting is a plus.
- Computer and technology literate.
- Stay on top of the ever-developing field of exercise science and nutrition with excellent knowledge in nutritional supplements.
