Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive and detailed plans for MEP projects, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and milestones.
– Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
– Utilize project management software to effectively organize tasks, allocate resources, and track progress.
– Work closely with project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
– Participate in regular project meetings to provide updates on planning activities and address any potential challenges.
– Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP project timelines and deliverables.
– Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and ensure project continuity.
– Monitor and analyze project progress against established schedules, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
– Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
– Provide data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making and course corrections as needed.
– Ensure that MEP project plans adhere to industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
– Conduct regular reviews of project documentation to confirm compliance with established guidelines.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field.
– Proven experience as an MEP Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
– Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and make informed decisions.
