Marketing Specialist

🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist (Dubai, UAE)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage content and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter
✅ Create engaging visuals and stories using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
✅ Launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads (IG/FB), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
✅ Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies
✅ Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve results
✅ Support brand positioning and communication across all digital touchpoints
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals

🔸 What We’re Looking For:
✨ 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles
✨ Strong understanding of SMM, paid media, and ad targeting
✨ Portfolio of visuals, posts, or campaigns you’ve created
✨ Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
✨ Strategic mindset with creative execution skills
✨ Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other visual tools
✨ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

🌟 Nice to Have:
🎥 Short-form video editing skills (Reels, TikTok)
📩 Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
📊 Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights
