Job Position – Manager – Presales and Bid Management

Experience: 7– 12 years
Locations: Singapore and Dubai
Responsibilities:
-Bid Management, Bid Process Management, Presales Activities, Pre-Sales Support, Proposal Preparation, Proposal Presentation Preparation, Managing RFP, Value Propositions.
-Take ownership and respond to the RFI / RFPs by working closely with the sales and delivery teams to generate new business and improve existing/ key account business.
-Understanding the customer requirements and building value propositions and services to meet their requirements.
-Understanding customer pain points, analyze the Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning of the service offerings and drive the delivery team to develop solutions towards addressing the customer requirements.
-Review and update the marketing material on a continuous basis.
-Liaise with the delivery team to work on proposals/ case studies.
-Liaise with Sales and Develop specific go to market strategies for the service offerings.
-Liaise with Marketing for Collateral’s development, Account Mining and lead generation.
-Participate actively in coordinating customer visits- Identifying the strategic importance, showcasing right capabilities, delivering marketing pitch.
-Analyse the marketing collaterals Product/Service, Promotion and Price – in the context of the service offerings and team up with the delivery unit to improve the revenues / margins.
Requirement:
-Person should have experience setting up Presales functions for IT Services organization.
-Preferably IT Services organization into business of 3rd Party Implementations Practice & Managed Services e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, AWS practice etc.
-Proven track record of winning Million USD + IT Services projects by managing end to end pre-sales process for direct client opportunities, Bid Management / RFP Opportunities for International markets like India, Southeast Asia, Middle East would be key.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Experience of working with international market/Customers
-Good analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis
-Strong marketing experience with exposure to business planning, lead generation, market research, case studies etc.
