looking for a logistics Customer Service Executive for our Al Qusais industrial area 5 Branch.
this is a fresher-level job for those who really want to showcase their skills, determination, and Knowledge for success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and Emails.
Maintain relationships with carriers, counterparts, and customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers.
working on the external portal to improve productivity.
Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
have basic customs knowledge.
Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
executing the confirmed business, and maintin the job physical and soft files.
Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.
Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
daily, weekly monthly reporting to the reporting manager.
ready to keep in touch with clients even after office hours for immediate tasks.
following whatsoever task directed by the reporting manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: From AED2,500 – AED3,000 per month
