Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
– Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and headhunting.
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
– Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll coordination.
– Optimize job postings and enhance employer branding strategies.
– Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience, preferably in real estate.
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
