Job Position – Call Center Agent

Multilingual: Arabic, English, and Hindi (mentioned 3 languages are mandatory)
Positions: Contact Center Agent – Arabic, English, and Hindi/Urdu Speaker
Job Description:
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
· Management and resolve customer complaints/queries
· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
· Provide service information to customers
· Research required information using available resources
· Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Follow up on customer calls where necessary
· Complete call logs and reports
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Prior experience working as a Contact Center Executive.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Contact Center experience will be a plus (1-2 years)
· Mandatory Languages: Arabic, Urdu, and English
· Added language skills in Urdu will be a plus
Work Location: Ajman
Contract Full Time: 2 vacancy
Salary: AED 3500
