We are looking for an experienced 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗙𝗠).

📋𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Proven capability of managing and delivering FM Services at the highest level, working calmly under pressure, delivering the services to the client’s satisfaction, and achieving set KPI Benchmarks.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of FM functions, in particular Hard Services.
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role with a reputable Facilities Management Company in UAE.
• Superior communication and people skills, with the FM delivery team and the client.
• Spoken and written language skills required in 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗰 and 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵.
• UAE Driving License Required.
• 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱
