Job Summary
A leading logistics company looking for a Warehouse Supervisor can lead and carry out warehouse operations day in day out. Candidates need to have knowledge and experience in warehousing industry with a creative mind and skillful in solving day to day problems.
Responsibilities:
(1) Managing the RTO shipments for all inbounds
(2) Managing the process of new shipments delivered and undelivered
(3) The ability to accommodate and identify changing priorities whilst thinking ahead to plan workloads for others to undertake.
(4) Ability to mentor and develop staff
(5) Managing daily/monthly reporting with all required analytics to grow business prospects
Qualifications:
(1) Fluent in English written and oral
(2) 2 years+ experience in warehousing industry preferably from a LMD back ground (e commerce logistics)
(3) Experience in Microsoft Excel and WMS system operating (Computer and PDA)
(4) Strong people management skill and problem-solving skill
(5) Excellent people and communication skills
(6) Team player
(7) Good organizational skills
(8) Experience of Continuous Improvement
(9) Ability to manage workload to achieve deadlines
(10) Good at multitasking
(11) Clear understanding of accountability and responsibility
