1-MEP Project Manager
– Experience: 30 Years (15 Years in District cooling Plant)
2-MEP Construction Manager
Experience: 20 Years (all in District cooling Plant)
3-Electrical Construction Manager
– Experience: 15 Years (all in District cooling Plant)
4-Process Piping Engineer certified from petroleum institute
– Experience: 20 Years (all in District cooling Plant)
5- Technical Office (BIM) Team Leader – MEP
– Experience: + 10 years
6- Senior Internal Auditor
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
– A minimum of 2-4 years of internal / external audit experience.
7- Team Leader
• +10 years of experience
• BSc in engineering (Civil or Architecture).
• PMP, PRMG, or equivalent certification.

Job Objectives :
+8 years of experience preferably in construction company.
-To lead efficiently a team of warehouse personnel.
-To manage warehouse space effectively in accordance with industry best practice.
-To provide materials receipt, storage and issue service in accordance with Company policies & procedures.
-To manage stock levels in accordance with Company policies & procedures.
-To ensure that fixed assets, tools & equipment and consumables are effectively controlled in accordance with Company policies & procedures.
-To handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with Company Safety Policy.
-To provide professional advice on materials to Project Managers as required.
