Job Location : Abu Dhabi
Required Qualifications :
Candidates must have experience in Contracting/Construction Company
Must have experience in working at big projects
3 – 5 years of experience required in UAE Should be willing to be relocated in Abu Dhabi
With Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Attested by the MOFA)
Willing to join immediately
Knowledgeable and experienced in CAD Measure
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for preparing and submitting Payment Application
Responsible for preparing and submitting Variation
Preparing Subcontractor Payment Packs
Responsible for measuring and estimating structural and architectural Works
Responsible on reviewing, check and verify the Contractor’s monthly progress payment
Preparing Wastage reports
Preparing Subcontractor Liabilities
Daily going to the site in order to monitor the Labor and Hired Equipment location areas and work activities.
Keep recording Labor activities for each trade for NOYA 1, 2, 3 and Infrastructure works.
Keep recording Plant and Equipment on site for daily activities for NOYA 1, 2, 3 and Infrastructure works.
Preparing the KPI’s
Reporting the contra-charges of Subcontractor (labor and equipment) done by Fibrex Team.
Recording and verifying the Diesel Consumption for each Plant and Equipment on daily basis.
Coordinate with the Site Team activities.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
1. Bsc. Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveying (attested by the Mofa)
2. With Experience in Construction Industry or Composites (GRC)
3. Willing to be relocated in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, RAK, Fujairah
4. Can join immediately and can attend face to face interview.
