Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but are not limited to, the below:- Post and Pre-tendering Experiences.
– Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and familiar with Plan swift software.
– Familiar with ERP software.
– Subcontractor Monthly Progress Certificate, Client Progress Certificate based on IR.
– Capable of doing Monthly Reconciliation reports and CVR reports.
– Project Resource control-Manpower, Material, Machineries Store and Inventory management.
