👉BMS Engineer
✅ Experience : 4 to 9 years (in BMS)
✅ Location : Dubai (UAE )
✅ Driving License
✅ Key Skills :
▪️ Strong experience in Configuring and integrating BMS hardware and software, BMS controller integration, field devices, protocols (BACnet, Modbus), graphics, point mapping, alarms, Trend Logs, Scheduling, etc.
▪️ Hands-on experience in programming and logic development (Visual Logic, Niagara Wire Sheet and PCT/CCT platforms is an advantage)
▪️ Hands-on experience, Commissioning, and testing BMS systems (Niagara based systems, Ascend Compass, Facility Explorer is an advantage) to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
▪️ Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and control strategies.
▪️ Validating complete system functionality, troubleshooting, fault-finding, and resolving on-site issues.
▪️ Practical experience in installation and troubleshooting of field devices including Temperature, Pressure, Differential Pressure (DPT), Relative Humidity (RH) sensors, and various actuators.
▪️ Effective coordination, on-time completion, and report submission for all BMS Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities.
