Senior Mechanical Engineer
Experience in maintenance and inspection (Planning, preparation, execution, review, corrective action etc) for rotating equipment such as reciprocating compressors, centrifugal pumps/blowers, gas turbine generators & auxiliaries, diesel engine, generators & auxiliaries and other rotating equipment’s in oil & gas petrochemical or chemical industry.
Experience of supervising major overhauls, time-based inspections, breakdown maintenance & carrying out modification / retrofits .
Ability to read machinery curves / data sheets & calculate efficiency, Basic and working knowledge of basic instrumentation installed on machinery in particular vibration monitoring, ESD systems, DCS, Ability to read drawings (P & ID, Isometrics and Equipment Cross-sections, cause and effect charts), Ability to do basic engineering calculations (flows, power, gas properties)
