Job Position – Sales Coordinator

Job Description :
1. Analyze, recommend and share Sales and Collections Report on Daily basis, identify customers and SKU not meeting sales targets and delayed payment.
2. Prepare Deal Sheet for Trading and Manufacturing customers.
3. Prepare reports assigned by Channel Manager on need to basis.
4. Coordinate and follow up daily for sales orders, shortages of products and quality issues with various departments/functions.
5. Prepare Grievance report on Daily basis for Grievances occurring on same day.
6. Recommend credit limit extension of customers for approval to concerned stakeholders on Daily basis to ensure continuity of business.
7. Attending emails, phone calls related to Sales.
8. Filling Supplier registration forms received through emails and customer’s portals. Coordinate with concerned inter-departments for documents required for Business/Tender purpose for customers.
9. Price upload in D365.
10. Preparing Account Modification sheet in case of change of TRN Number/Trade License/Company Name.
11. Attend to price enquiries followed by coordinating with the concerned Finance Team for price approvals.
12. Coordination, communication and follow up about credit application forms with concerned departments to open credit account of the customer.
13. Maintain record of customer contracts with expiry dates and remind to Sales Team on monthly basis to renew the contract.
