What You Will Be Doing
- Hosting meetings with key customer stakeholders to understand their needs
- Demonstrating how IgniteTech products meet the customer’s needs
- Encouraging customer adoption of additional products within the IgniteTech portfolio
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Hosting sales calls where quotas lead the conversation; instead, you’ll focus on finding value for your customers
- Handling every customer ask or escalation in pursuit of customer satisfaction
- Having check-in meetings with customers just to “touch base”
Corporate Account Executive Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive account strategy, leading to adoption of additional portfolio products
- 3+ years of experience in an account management, customer success, or client partnership role in the software industry
- Available to work more than 70% of the workday between 9 am-5 pm Eastern Standard Time (US)
- Availability to start working within 30 days of receiving an offer

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
