Job Position – Front Desk Receptionist- Sharjah Air Port Free Zone

Female Candidates who are available in UAE with immediate joining only
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area and all meeting rooms are tidy
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Maintain meetings schedule and availability of meeting rooms
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and coordinate mail and courier arrangement.
Produce and maintain reports as required by other department.
Perform duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning.
Draft and prepare formal letters and memos.
Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks and any other tasks requested by the management.
Working hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday
Salary 2500 + Shared Accommodation + Transportation
