Job Description :
1. Responsible for the sale of Water Treatment Chemicals both specialty and commodity (Cooling water, Chilled water, Boiler water, Effluent water) in assigned territory.
2. Manage the team and maximize their performance by monitoring the processes, and educating customers and subordinates by giving training.
3. Directly responsible for revenue collection against invoices for indirect clients.
4. To control business attrition by providing value-added services to clients.
5. Implementation of sales promotion activities and achieving sales targets.
6. Executing troubleshooting programs and monthly reports submitted to the customers.
7. Responsible for sales through proper people survey, plant survey, value-added services, executing business review meetings, report making, and ROI to the customers.
8. Preparing Techno-Commercial offers (Tender/Bid) for Cooling water, Boiler water, Reverse Osmosis systems, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant Commodity Chemicals, etc.
