Education and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years.
Skills and Attributes:
* Collaborates with others to ensure better outcomes and build strong networks.
* Well organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines with good attention to detail and accuracy.
* High level proficiency in the MS Office Suite required. (In particular Excel- VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables etc.)
* Hold a CIPD accredited (or equivalent) qualification.
* Strong understanding of labor law.
* Strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicts,
priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent Arabic and English language.
