Process /Technical related activities

1- Verify and execute the transactions on time to avoid any financial implications and breach the SLA with customers.

2- Make the required data changes through excel or lessor’s core system based on their procedures & checklist.

3- Ensure to operate within the SLA.

4- Adhere to department KPI and daily productivity.

Job specific knowledge

Sound understanding of banking & financing companies loans products.

Customer/products/market related activities

– Assist the business introducing and lunching new products.

– Ensure satisfaction of external customers and internal customers like the business and support.

– Participate in system testing in UAT environment.
