Job Position – Assistant Foreman – Boiler

Location: Nira
- Experienceon AFBC and pulsating grate type boilers.
- To maintain all Boiler parameters from control room (steam pressure, water level, furnace temp, furnace draught, ESP, Bed height, proper fluidisation, bed level, %O2 etc.)
- Hands on experience in maintenance of boilers, Steam Turbine, Generators and various utilities like; Crushers & Conveyors, Cooling towers, Compressors, pumps etc.
- Exposure to ERP for various analysis.
- To check Boiler condition in field by taking round in field
- To check Boiler Auxiliary in field while taking round
- Boiler start up from cold condition to normal operation and hot box up condition.
- Proper chemical dosing/ blowdown etc. as per lab report.
- To check feed pump/ID/FD/PA fan/Coal feeder after maintenance work.
- Provide feedback & information on maintenance required note down in log book & verbal communication.
