Qualifications & Experience
> Bachelor’s Degree in commerce / Engineering / Building / Quantity Survey or equivalent
> Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing contracts
> Interpersonal, initiative, decisive decision-making
> Good negotiation skills and quick analytical thinking
> Experience in handling contractors
> Good command of spoken and written English

MEP Engineering Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, HVAC) or business
related degree, and Master in Business Administration
Minimum 10 years working experience in Facility Management
NEBOSCH qualification desirable or alternative H&S qualification
Working knowledge on Fire Safety Standards as required locally by QCDD and NFPA
Working knowledge on ASHRAE, BSI, UL and ANSI
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management experience is essential
Experience of managing CAPEX and revenue budgets
Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities
Strong leadership skills and business development skills
Good knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
