> Bachelor’s Degree in commerce / Engineering / Building / Quantity Survey or equivalent
> Minimum of 5 years working experience in managing contracts
> Interpersonal, initiative, decisive decision-making
> Good negotiation skills and quick analytical thinking
> Experience in handling contractors
> Good command of spoken and written English

MEP Engineering Manager

 Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, HVAC) or business
related degree, and Master in Business Administration
 Minimum 10 years working experience in Facility Management
 NEBOSCH qualification desirable or alternative H&S qualification
 Working knowledge on Fire Safety Standards as required locally by QCDD and NFPA
 Working knowledge on ASHRAE, BSI, UL and ANSI
 Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management experience is essential
 Experience of managing CAPEX and revenue budgets
 Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities
 Strong leadership skills and business development skills
 Good knowledge of ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
