Dayim Equipment Rental is hiring for a Temporary Job: Project Coordinator
Events Division
Responsibilities
Managing documentation of Employees and Suppliers
Prepare and review accreditation master file and submit within the proposed deadline
Ensure timely completion of the assigned tasks that are in accordance with the outlined policies and procedures
Responsible for making accurate entries and following up for pending requirements.
Keeps a track of the accounts that are needed to make subsequent payments, closely monitors work progress.
Account for and record all Delivery notes.
Qualifications
In Qatar holding a Valid QID
NOC for transfer or Secondment
Bachelor’s degree of four years from an accredited university.
Advanced/Professional English language level
Excellent at executing the administrative and clerical functions independently and efficiently.
Excellent planning, time management, and organization skills.
Must have an eye for details, ability to identify discrepancies, and should be able to provide appropriate solutions.
