We are looking to hire a Sous Chef for our client-an Innovative Restaurant Group in Kuwait.
Concept-They are a thriving restaurant group with one established and highly popular trendy American BBQ concept.
Requirements:
Culinary degree and a minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in a creative restaurant or upscale hotel
Fluent in English with strong reading and comprehension skills (to follow recipes accurately)
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in cooking basics and bases
