Facility Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.
Implement and enforce best practices for facility management, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Technical Expertise:
Utilize strong technical and engineering knowledge to assess and address facility-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

ISO Compliance:
Ensure compliance with ISO standards related to facility management.
Implement and maintain processes that meet ISO requirements, conducting regular audits to verify adherence.

Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers.
Provide clear and concise reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and any relevant issues.
Budget Management:

Develop and manage the facility budget, optimizing costs without compromising on quality.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for resource efficiency.

Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure all services meet established standards.

Emergency Response:
Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring the safety and well-being of occupants during critical situations.
Conduct regular drills and training sessions for staff to enhance preparedness.
Team Leadership:


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in facility management with a strong technical/engineering background.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards and experience implementing ISO-compliant processes.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
