Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Lead performance reviews and training.
Manage employee records and resolve HR issues.
Requirements:
3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
