The fastest growing fintech for Gen Z in Dubai seeks extremely talented content creators to pioneer the next generation payment app. This is the 0 to 1 phase of the company and you will be working on amazing and cutting edge technologies with peers from Silicon Valley who have built the likes of Revolut, Monzo, and other global category leading neo-banking solutions. The environment consists of talented, motivated and superb peers from all walks of life ranging from management consultancy, technology, banking and academia! Your compensation will include meaningful equity ownership and special perks

Responsibilities

• Proactively create, edit and capture content
• Assist in planning and creating short video content (e.g. Youtube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
• Ability to adapt existing content to make fit-for-purpose on social media platforms
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
• Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure

Bonus

• Has active TikTok presence
• Proficient in Arabic
• Proficient in editing software, strong skills in Final Cut Pro is a plus

• Exploratory call (30 mins): We’ll discuss what excites you about this role and a few technical questions based on your past experiences.
• Portfolio of work: Drop a link to your portfolio/ previous work which we can review
• Culture fit (30 mins): You will have a call with one of our founders to see if you align with our core values.
• Our interview rounds are quick and we give a decision usually in 5 working days.
