We are looking for a highly talented Staff Quality Assurance Engineer to join Hugerstation in Dubai. Responsibilities:

• Be an active contributor to one of the Scrum teams.
• Responsible for ensuring that delivery meets agreed quality standards.
• Learn product domain and be a “Quality Coach” for all QA related activities.
• Executing tests through both manual and automated approaches using agile testing practices.
• Design and deliver test plans for a significant component, set of features, applications, or services.
• Have a solid understanding of the test strategies and methodologies used in your technology domain.
• Enhance the team’s testing processes.
• Execute all needed testing techniques & types.
• Share knowledge and experience with more junior team players.
• Enhance the team productivity and create new initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional testing.

Must-Have Requremeints:

• You have 8-10 years of experience in software testing, Quality control, and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, and Continuous Deployment Practices.
• Automation experience in both Mobile and Web.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning capability.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile testing practices and quality coaching.
• Proven track record in creating and executing highly effective quality processes.
• Experience in testing mobile applications, APIs, Web-based applications, and platforms.
• Experience in driving end-to-end software quality.
• Able to handle an extremely fast pace while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Experience in writing automation test scripts, test plans, test strategies, and testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Scripting language knowledge and understanding.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience in quality control reporting and tracking software (JIRA).
• Experience in Source code control and build tools (GitHub).
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certificate or higher.
• Certification in Scrum Master.
