Job Position – Service Desk Analyst
Job Details Here
– 5 years of work experience in a first-level IT Help Desk role.
– Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile devices, VPN technologies.
– Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred).
– PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft-related certification is preferred.
– Service-oriented mentality with a strong customer focus.
– Expertise in End-user technologies.
– Strong understanding of the technical aspects of mobile devices.
– Familiar with data transfers from IOS to Android and vice versa.
– Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
– Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
– Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
