Job Position – Senior Patient Relations Officer

– Manage the rolling schedule of children with pre-scheduled appointments at the clinic.
– Provide excellent customer service to families attending the clinic.
– Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries.
– Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of clinic forms.
– Ensure all clients are signed in and complete necessary paperwork.
– Communicate effectively with clients to obtain required information.
– Handle urgent customer needs professionally and promptly.
– Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to their implementation.

– Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting – not less than 7 years.
– Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
– Excellent excel experience.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
