• Servicing current customers, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations..
• Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
• Accumulating the sales of Industrial chemicals/ solvents and maximizing all revenue opportunities through analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads.
• Performing client acquisition, existing customer retention, and operations
• Developing marketing strategy and understanding current and existing client requirement.
