Job Position – Receptionist

Responsibilities:
1. Receive guests/clients and provide proper information.
2. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
3. Arrange or schedule meetings when necessary.
4. Arrange annual air ticket booking for staff.
5. Manage office and pantry supplies.
6. Post work-related articles to company social media.
7. Perform other administrative and clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, etc.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 year experience as Receptionist. Contracting background is desirable.
2. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Word and Excel.
3. Basic IT skills.
4. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
5. Multitasking and time management skills.
6. Can do proper document filing.
