Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) with facilities Management Company, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) is a plus.
UAE Driving License is a must.
