Job Role :
To attend medical approval queries and resolve the cases
Maintain customer satisfaction and client retention
Requirements:
– Education – Graduates in Medical/Para medical/insurance courses or Medical professionals like Nurse, Doctor or Pharmacist
– 1+ year of experience in handling Medical Insurance Claims
– Excellent Communication skills in English, Malayalam and Hindi
– Additional qualifications in the Insurance stream preferable.
