Job Position – Listing Coordinatorr

Job Responsibilities:
Property Listing and Management:
Create and update property listings on various platforms. Dubizzle, bayut and assist marketing team for listing and promote on social media if required
Collect and organize the property information, such as details, specifications, and images.
Ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions and visuals to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Communicate with property owners to gather necessary information and permissions for listing.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about current Real Estate trends, property values, and competitor listings.
Analyze market conditions to determine the pricing strategies for property listings.
Documentation and Contracts:
Prepare and review real estate contracts (A,B,F etc) and documents, including listing agreements, purchase agreements, and lease.
Ensure that all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain all the documents and records including SPA, Title deed, KYC and other property related documents of sold and listed properties
Database Management:
Maintain and update the property database, including client information, property details, and transaction records.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Stay updated on changes in real estate regulations and industry best practices.
COMMISSION FOLLOWUPS:
Prepare and follow up the commissions of the staff.
take control of the sold/lease property to calculate the commission of the sales staff.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, administrative staff, and management, to achieve common goals.
