As Pyypl continues to scale, we are looking for an International Business Development Manager for Russia/CIS to join our team and help broaden our customer growth in particular amongst those migrating to the UAE.

What will you be doing?

As International Business Manager Russia/CIS you will be required to:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and sales plans which work to:
  • Significantly boost Pyypl product awareness in Russia and the CIS, focusing on key use cases, including e-commerce transactions (Netflix, Spotify, App Store purchases) and travel arrangements (flight and hotel bookings)
  • Establish commercial partners (such as inward tour operators) to develop Pyypl strong Virtual and Physical card adoption for Russian/CIS tourists to the UAE o Develop the Pyypl customer base of UAE based Russian and CIS communities
  • To the extent required, build and manage a network of Pyypl specialists, promoters, influencers and ambassadors within the UAE and abroad.
  • Drive user on boarding (customer acquisitions) and loyalty of usage for Pyypl products and services, executing on the KPIs and targets defined by Pyypl Management
  • Increase reach and availability in the market and ensure product performance through effective branding, user engagement and direct marketing activities

What do you need to be successful in this position?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Strategy or Business Administration is highly preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience, working in customer facing roles in FMCG, Telecom, Fintech or similar industries
  • Digital Savvy, strong understanding of online acquisition and retention strategies
  • Good working knowledge of Crypto exchanges and wallets
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and results driven mindset
  • Team player and a genuine ‘Pyypl’ person
  • Russian language native, fluent English
