Job Position – Human Resources Assistant

This role will also include under supervision, provision of clerical and administrative support to Human Resources disciplines such as Employee Relations, Staffing, Benefits or Compensation. The HR Assistant will develop and maintain a good working relationship with both external and internal stakeholders for employee matters.
Responsibilities:
- Maintainance of HRIS employee & leave records.
- Production of HR analytics and reporting
- Pension fund and insurance plan scheme administration handling
- Employee certificates administration
- Travel and accommodation booking and management for onboarding pusporses
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources function at an International organisation in UAE
- HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM etc.)
- Bilingual Arabic/English fluent written/spoken level, mandatory
- HRIS experience, proficient user (workday and/or local HRIS)
